Role of the Pastoral Team

The role of the Pastoral Team within our schools is to work with pupils and their families to identify social, emotional and health barriers to learning and provide support that enables children to reach their full potential. This support is tailored to each individual pupil and may include assistance in various areas, such as:

• Social Skills
• Emotional Support
• Friendship Issues
• Anger Management
• Low Self-Esteem
• Transition
• Improving Attendance

Support for Families

As a school, we are committed to supporting families and can signpost them to additional resources.

We have established links with external agencies such as Flourish and Just One Norfolk, which provide valuable support services.
